Daños y problemas
- El producto defectuoso debe estar en la caja original de fábrica con todos los materiales de embalaje originales.

- Los números de autorización de devolución tienen una validez de catorce (14) días. Cualquier producto devuelto después de la fecha de vencimiento será rechazado.
- Los créditos de Is2possible Enterprises se basan en el precio de compra o el precio actual, el que sea más bajo.

Intercambios
La forma más rápida de garantizar que obtengas lo que quieres es devolver el artículo que tienes y, una vez aceptada la devolución, realizar una compra por separado del nuevo artículo.

Reembolsos y créditos
Una vez que recibamos e inspeccionemos su(s) artículo(s), acreditaremos el importe en su cuenta. El crédito se reflejará en su cuenta en un plazo de 5 a 7 días. En la mayoría de los casos, emitiremos su reembolso de la misma manera que realizó la compra original. Si el pago se realizó con cheque, el cheque de reembolso se emitirá en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de compra. Tenga en cuenta que solo podemos reembolsar el precio de compra original. Los gastos de envío y manipulación no son reembolsables.
